1st to clarify the reason I wrote this article. I have been betting on the net or at a brick and mortar casinos for a great many years. I have discovered, the addiction can grab a hold of you and you won’t even realize it until you are beaten. Particularly if you’re on a winning run. I have gone through countless tens of thousands of dollars in a very short period of time and still on occasion, I’ll go too far. It seems you are just having a blast until you start to pay attention to your defeats and the guilt sets in, and then you continue to tell yourself "I can get it back" repeatedly. It does not works. Then you become queasy in your stomach and the harder you try the quicker you are deprived.
When you see that you are up, remain on the UP! When you start to lose, do not tell yourself, "well just maybe just one more" and over and over again, trust me, this logic hardly ever operates. Say you are playing on slots, have an amount set to the side before starting your action. DO NOT exceed that boundary, no matter how alluring. If you actually succeed, put that in a separate canister. Do not spend your successes no matter what. As soon as you have played through your original set limit, stop. Head out, whether it is on the net or at a physical betting house, do not stick around. Always remember, there will be a different day, another time.
Always remember, wagering is assumed to be FUN not exhausting, nauseating work! If you aren’t having fun yourself, you don’t belong there. If youcannot manage the cost, don’t even start.
